Step Three - Public Liability Insurance
All event organisers will need to provide a copy of their current public liability insurance. Under no circumstances shall this be less than £5 million and British Waterways reserves the right to require a higher limit if deemed necessary.
Where the event consists of more than one activity you will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate individual public liability insurance and risk assessments are in place.
