Planning An Event
If you are considering organising an event on British Waterways land, then you will need to fill in a few forms to gain consent. We also need some basic information from you at the outset, to ensure that we can process your request. Once you have provided this basic information, we will ask you to send us:
- a completed application form
- risk assessments
- signed terms and conditions
- a copy of your public liability insurance cover
Please ensure that you contact us at least 3 months in advance of your event with the following information:
- name of event
- proposed date
- exact location
- contact name
- daytime telephone number
- email address
