Regeneration

The waterways are crucial to the economic regeneration of the North West. Sustainable development encompasses economic growth, environmental enhancement and social inclusion.

This concept lies at the forefront of the North West Vision, and is embodied in projects like the Liverpool Canal Link. We are also helping to change current perceptions about our canal network and are exploring opportunities to utilise our key skills in development.
