Caledonian Canal, Muirtown Basin

The Muirtown basin in Inverness presents a fantastic opportunity for further development and investment. Not only is there an existing marina to develop but we own parcels of land around the basin which could accommodate residential, offices, leisure or a variety of other uses. The site will be developed by working closely with both the private and public sector. The Highland Council are currently focused on developing the South side of Inverness but are aware of this great opportunity on the North side of the city.
