The Scottish estates team deals with a wide range of topics including rent reviews, rating, residential lettings, land disposals, new leases, surface water discharge agreements, boundary disputes and title registration.

Building surveying also forms part of this team responsible for the upkeep of the existing British Waterways property and providing project management services to construct new facility blocks beside the canal for the ever increasing number of users.

A full review of the Scottish property portfolio was completed in 2005 and this has identified assets suitable for disposal and new opportunities for development. The estates team is tasked with actively managing the estate to derive new sources of income whilst also developing professional and commercial relationships with all the existing tenants.
