Rosebank

The Rosebank distillery has sat along side the Forth & Clyde Canal for many years. Situated approximately one-mile from the Falkirk Wheel, the site presented an opportunity to redevelop the buildings and land in conjunction with our adjacent land, offering the chance to show developers what could be achieved for the benefit of all.

After obtaining planning permission for a redevelopment, we sold the residential element to Westpoint Homes. Their scheme comprising flats with balconies and ground floor gardens facing the canal started on site in September 2005 after all the properties had already been sold off-plan.

We are marketing the 20,000 sq ft office element, the design of which retains part of the listed distillery building but still offers modern open plan accommodation. This building will provide a fantastic canalside working environment with car parking at the rear.

The leisure element is a public house extending to circa 15,000sq ft. The joint venture pub partnership is drawing up plans for the conversion of the building into a high quality pub/restaurant..
