Customer Improvement Projects
Improving customer facilities and service is high on our agenda. Over the last few years a great deal of work has been carried out on improving our sites and over the next year a great deal more work is planned.
'Make a Difference' (MaD) projects are schemes that make a real difference to all of our customers, in terms of both facilities and service. In 2004/05 in the South West we spent £523,000 on MaD projects and it is planned that in 2005/06 we will spend around £280,000.
