Wales & Border Counties is committed to ensuring the needs and aspirations of our diverse range of customers are met by the highest standards of responsive care. Our Customer Forums comprise a cornerstone of this policy, providing an arena where issues can be discussed and views aired in a truly interactive environment.

Wales & Border Counties covers a vast area, taking in not only the counties of Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire but the whole of Wales. So we can provide a comprehensive level of service, Customer Forums are based on the geographical status of the region.

Customer Forums are genuinely dynamic and provide a genuine opportunity for customers to input into the development of our policies and practices. We are always seeking to evolve them as a means of improving dialogue and the service delivery of our products.

They are held quarterly at venues which have been vetted by all our customer groups - anglers, boaters, ramblers, cyclists and of course members of the wider community.
